Vendors Registration

Liability: In consideration of this entry and right to participate, entrant(s), on behalf of entrant and on behalf of entrant’s guests and participants do hereby unconditionally agree to fully release, discharge and hold harmless, the  Vets on Track Foundation, the County of Chesterfield and the Commonwealth of Virginia and their Officers, Directors, Employees, agents, volunteers, and anyone else with the management or presentation of the Event of and from any and all known and unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgements and/or claims from any claims whatsoever that may be suffered by Entrant to their personal property of Entrant’s guests and participants. The Entrant also agrees to follow any directional signage or instructions that may be posted or verbally expressed by any Event Staff member. Any fee paid for participation at any level is considered a charitable donation and is not refundable. In consideration of this entry entrant and spouse and guests agree to permit the Vets on Track Foundation to use their names and pictures for promotional, advertising, and commercial purposes of any nature whatsoever before, during or after the event and to relinquish any rights whatsoever to any pictures taken at the event.
