Meet the Organizer
The Vets on Track Foundation helps homeless veterans and first responders transition from life on the streets. We provide holistic solutions ranging from transitional housing and home furnishings to mental health resources and social support.
Our goal is to ensure that every veteran and first responder under our care has the necessary tools to make a successful transition back into their community.
We’re organizing this event to honor the police officers, fire fighters, doctors, nurses and men and women of the United States Armed Forces who put their lives on the line every day to keep our country and community safe.
