Nominate a Hero

Community Hero of the Year Award

Submission Deadline is August 23, 2024

We are looking for nominations to recognize Chesterfield’s “Community Hero of the Year.”  At this year’s Freedom Festival on October 28th, we will present the annual award to an Active Duty Servicemember, Police Officer, Firefighter, EMT, Doctor, Nurse, and a community champion.

The Community Hero Award is presented to an individual in each of the above categories.  A person nominated is someone who has gone above and beyond, not in their job, but in support of their community.  These are individuals who are working hard outside of their professional careers to make a difference in their community.
